Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name (if provided), and authentication credentials. When you use our SDK or API, we receive the agent log data you explicitly send to us — including agent names, action types, timestamps, and any metadata you include in the raw_data field.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Displaying agent activity in your dashboard
• Generating AI-powered summaries and risk scores
• Creating audit reports you request
• Processing payments and managing your subscription
• Sending transactional emails (invites, alerts)

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your agent log data to train AI models.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Vercel. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. API keys are hashed before storage — we cannot see your full API keys after creation.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• OpenAI — AI-powered log summaries and risk scoring
• Vercel — hosting and deployment

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

5. Your Rights

You can:

• Export all your data at any time via the dashboard
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of Entelog after changes constitutes acceptance.
