By creating an account or using the Entelog platform, SDK, or API, you agree to these terms. If you are using Entelog on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Entelog provides AI agent monitoring, logging, and reporting tools. We offer an SDK and REST API to ingest agent activity, a real-time dashboard for visibility, and PDF report generation. Features vary by plan.
You own the data you send to Entelog. We store it to provide the service and will delete it upon your request. We do not use your data to train AI models or sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Each plan has limits on workspaces, events per month, and team seats. If you exceed your plan's limits, we may ask you to upgrade. We will not delete your data without notice.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime for Starter or Pro plans. Enterprise plans include an SLA with specific uptime commitments. We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible.
Entelog is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss beyond our reasonable control, or your reliance on AI-generated summaries and risk scores. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when feasible. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site at least 14 days before taking effect.
